DIY Simple Bluetooth Speaker Circuit

Last updated on 4 September 2025 by Admin-Lavi Leave a Comment

Today music is everywhere and it has become part of our daily life.

People like to carry small portable speakers in bag, while travelling or in room.

Making our own Bluetooth speaker is not so hard.

With small parts like battery, speaker and Bluetooth module we can build it ourselves.

This project for DIY Simple Bluetooth Speaker Circuit is simple with low cost and fun.

Circuit Working:

DIY Simple Bluetooth Speaker Circuit Diagram

Parts List:

ComponentDescriptionQuantity
SemiconductorsLi-ion Battery 3.7V1
Bluetooth Module 3.7V to 5V input inbuilt audio amplifier1
Speaker 4 ohm 3 watt1

Circuit uses only three parts 3.7V battery, Bluetooth module and 4 ohm 3W speaker.

Battery give DC power to module.

Module has small amplifier IC.

It take power and send sound to speaker.

Phone connects by Bluetooth.

Music go wireless to module.

Module make it strong and speaker make sound.

Battery + connect to +B of module.

Battery – connect to –B of module.

Speaker two wire connect to audio output of module.

Formulas:

General formulas for DIY Simple Bluetooth Speaker Circuit is shown below:

Speaker Power = V^2 / R

here,

  • V is effective voltage from amplifier
  • R is resistance of speaker.

Example: If amplifier give around 3.5V RMS and speaker is 4 ohm

Power = (3.5 x 3.5) / 4 = 3.06 Watt approx.

So a 3W speaker is suitable.

Battery Life = Battery capacity (mAh) / Load current (mA)

If battery is 2000 mAh and module with speaker take 500 mA average

Battery life = 2000 / 500 = 4 hours approx.

How to Build:

To build a DIY Simple Bluetooth Speaker Circuit following steps are required for connections:

  • Gather all the components as shown in circuit diagram
  • Connect battery +ve to module pin marked +B
  • Connect battery -ve to module pin marked -B
  • Connect speaker + wire to audio output + of module
  • Connect speaker – wire to audio output – of module
  • Keep battery fixed in box and keep module fixed on board
  • Connect speaker in front side of box for better sound

Conclusion:

This project tell how to make DIY Simple Bluetooth Speaker Circuit with just few parts.

We can learn to connect battery, module and speaker.

All parts go inside small box to make portable speaker.

It is simple fun for beginner and good for our daily music.
